The Weymouth & Portland National Sailing Academy is an internationally renowned sailing events venue which was host to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Sailing Competitions.

We regularly host major events such as World and European Championships as well as providing opportunities for recreational sailors to get on the water.  The driving force and focus of the Academy are the sailing events and the provision of access to watersports for all but to sustain the facilities and business we have several other income streams such as a boat yard and a strong catering operation including conference and function facilities.

We are looking for a new Management Accountant to join our small team.  This is a part time position in the region of 20-24 hours per week but there is a degree of flexibility around the hours/days.  It is a complex business which makes it a varied and interesting role.  This is a hands on role and whilst the key elements of the role are financial there may be potential to expand the role into other areas of administration for the right candidate.  Our priority is finding the right person to fit in with our existing team and so we are keeping an open mind on how the role is filled.
